Sweet and Creamy Breakfast

About a year ago, I found a high protein version from Dr. Oetker in a german store and really liked it, but it was just too expensive to have regularly so I decided to try and make it myself.

Protein Semolina Pudding (45deg)

Fortunately the selfmade version came out even better than the one from the store. It is higher volume, the macros are about the same and it can also be served hot. It is only 315 calories and about 26g of Protein.

Make sure you use a protein powder that tastes good, because it is the main source of flavor. I recommend vanilla, but you can also try other flavors.

Protein Semolina Pudding with Sppon (45deg)

You can either cook it on the stove or with a microwave. I feel like the stove version becomes more creamy (probably because you stir it the whole time), but the microwave version sometimes is just more convenient.
